For clients coming for acupuncture with concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood, insomnia, fatigue, digestive issues (including IBS), headaches and migraines.
Initial consultation & treatment (75 mins): £100.00
Follow-up treatment (50 mins): £85.00

Women’s Health Acupuncture
For clients coming for acupuncture with concerns including hormonal imbalance, irregular cycles, heavy or painful periods, PMS, PMDD, PCOS/PMOS and endometriosis.
Initial consultation & treatment (75 mins): £100.00
Follow-up treatment (50 mins): £85.00
Package of 5 follow-up treatments: £400.00
Fertility Acupuncture
For those trying to conceive naturally or through IVF, experiencing unexplained infertility, recovering from pregnancy loss or navigating fertility challenges.

Fertility initial consultation & treatment (90 mins): £130.00
Fertility follow-up treatment (60 mins): £95.00
Package of 5 fertility follow-up treatments: £450.00
Package of 10 fertility follow-up treatments: £850.00
IVF Embryo Transfer Acupuncture
These are one-off acupuncture appointments timed around embryo transfer. Appointments are scheduled before and after your transfer (ideally on the same day). If logistically impractical, they can take place within 24 hours of the transfer.
Single session only (60 mins): £95.00
Pre- and Post-IVF transfer treatments: £85.00 per session (please book two individual appointments)
Pregnancy & Labour Preparation Acupuncture
For clients coming for acupuncture during pregnancy, including those experiencing nausea, morning sickness, headaches, stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and sciatica.
For labour preparation, appointments are available from 36 weeks.
Initial consultation & treatment (75 mins): £100.00
Follow up treatment (50 mins): £85.00
Pregnancy or Labour Preparation package (initial consultation + 4 follow ups): £400.00
Labour Acupuncture
This one-off treatment is only suitable from 40 weeks of pregnancy. Please refer to the contraindications in the booking portal before booking.
Labour acupuncture (60 mins): £95.00 (new clients) or £85.00 (existing clients)

Payment
Please note that payment is required in advance to secure your appointment (including health insurance payments).
Discounted treatment packages are paid in full at the time of booking and are valid for six months.

Bank transfer and card payments are accepted. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept cash payments.
Health Insurance
Some private health insurance policies provide cover for acupuncture with British Acupuncture Council registered acupuncturists. Please check your policy or contact your insurance provider to confirm whether you are eligible.
Vanessa Rubio Acupuncture is happy to provide an invoice as proof of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full cost. This helps ensure the smooth running of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding.
